Make a Game Plan
Okay, you’ve got your ingredients, you’ve got your wine, the guests are due to arrive shortly. What’s your game plan? If you don’t have one, make a quick list so you’re not stressed out when guests arrive.
1. Put on an apron and get chopping! You can do a lot of prep work in advance, including putting together burger ingredients and making patties.
2. If you’ll be taking the quiz as a group, have plenty of sharpened pencils and pieces of paper for your guests to jot down their answers.
3. Set up a condiment stand. Have a variety of sauces and toppings so that guests can customize their burgers.
4. Be sure to have lots of napkins on hand—the best burgers can be very messy!
